Compliance and performance
A billing-to-compliance application that connects the firm’s fee records to compliance and performance tracking, with views for supervisors.
We are designing, building and deploying the software that runs a law firm’s compliance, training and cases. We start with how the firm really works, then use AI to write and run the system. The firm owns the code.
Brands Boost Hub is designing, building and deploying a compliance, training and case management system for Breakthrough USA, the immigration law firm of Chris Ingram. We begin by understanding the firm’s business flow and what its stakeholders need, then use AI to write and run the software. The firm owns the system and its code, and the engagement is still in progress.
An immigration practice has to keep three things moving together: its compliance obligations and team performance, the training that keeps people current, and the cases themselves, from first enquiry through filing and beyond.
The brief is one connected system for all three, built around the way this firm actually works rather than the way a generic product assumes it does.
We learn how work really moves through the firm: how a case progresses, how billing connects to compliance, and how people are trained.
We gather what each group needs from the system and agree what “done” looks like before anything is built.
We use AI to write the software quickly from those agreed flows, and put working versions in front of the firm early.
We deploy the system and run it, adjusting as the firm uses it and as its needs become clearer.

A training centre for the firm’s people, so learning sits alongside the work it supports.
A platform for multi-visa immigration workflows: intelligent intake, evidence and document handling, AI-assisted drafting, filing and post-filing tracking, client visibility and management reporting.
The engagement is in progress. Design, development and deployment are under way, and we will add results here once the firm is ready to share them. Until then we are not claiming any.
The firm does. We do not own or hold the code. Our role is to understand the business, design the system, build it and deploy it.
AI writes much of the code, directed by our team from the flows and requirements agreed with the firm. AI-assisted drafting inside the product is intended as a first draft for a lawyer to review, not a replacement for one.
No. Development uses synthetic data until the firm’s integration review is complete, and no production, bank or trust data is used in development.
No. It is an active engagement. We will publish results only once the firm agrees to share them.
